Our Services. Good Hands Tires delivers Battery Replacement, Jump-Start Service, Oil Change, SUV Tire Services, Brake Repair. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Hands Tires's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Good Hands Tires in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Good Hands Tires from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
Updates. Good Hands Tires reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
